Ingredientes

  • 4 ducks
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • Grnd pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 onion, minced

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients (except ducks) to make barbeque sauce. Split thawed ducks in half and flatten. Place on a rack in flat baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting every 10 min with barbeque sauce. Turn and cook other sides for 1 hour. Continue basting. Simmer, covered, 5 min.
