Receta Chesapeake Barbecued Duck

Ingredientes
- 4 ducks
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- Grnd pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 onion, minced
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients (except ducks) to make barbeque sauce. Split thawed ducks in half and flatten. Place on a rack in flat baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting every 10 min with barbeque sauce. Turn and cook other sides for 1 hour. Continue basting. Simmer, covered, 5 min.
