Ingredientes

  • 3 x Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1 1/2 c. Chestnut Puree -- see note
  • 2 x Egg Whites -- beaten till Stiff Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • 1 x 9 Inch Additional Whipped Cream For Topping Unbaked Pie Shell

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg yolks well. Add in sugar, cream, orange juice, liqeur and chestnut puree. Fold egg whites into chestnut mix. Spoon mix into pie shell.
  2. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min or possibly till center is set. Serve cool with whipped cream.
