Receta Chia Surprise Muffins
I've discovered Chia seeds lately. Full of protein and a good source of Fibre? I'm In.
My Mother used to make Surprise Muffins Which is a basic Muffin recipe then filled with Jam. I used Raspberry in Mine.
I like to add a touch of Vanilla in with my Muffin recipe for a nice hint of Vanilla to go with the raspberry
Another Fun thing. i use light Vanilla soy milk in place of milk and extra virgin olive oil in place of the butter

- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly Grease Muffin tin
- Combine your first 5 ingredients add the remaining ingredients except the jam
- Stir quickly, just until all flour is moistened.
- Fill muffin tins 1/4 full. add a small scoop of jam to each tin. keeping it to the Middle. Top them with the rest of the batter til they are 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25 Minutes or til Golden
