  • 1 med. onion, cut in sm. sections
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bottle hickory barbeque sauce
  • 1 tbsp. red warm sauce
  • 4-6 chicken legs

Direcciones

  1. Par boil chicken legs and save 1 c. of broth. Pour broth, barbeque sauce, garlic pwdr, salt, warm sauce in bowl and mix. Pour contents into baking dish, place chicken on top. Cover chicken with mushrooms and onion. Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. The last 5 min remove foil. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 6.
