Receta Chicken And Barley Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 3/4 c. Minced carrots
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Pearl barley
- 1 1/2 tsp Instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 4 x Chicken thighs, skinned, (1-1/2 lbs. total)
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh snipped parsley

- **Quick & easy**
- In a medium saucepan combine onion, carrots, water, barley, bouillon granules, poultry seasons, and garlic. Heat mix to boiling.
- Pour warm mix into a 1-1/2 qt casserold. Arrange chicken thighs on top of mix.
- Bake, covered, in a 350 deg. oven for 1 hour or possibly till barley and chicken are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Makes 4 servings.
- **Note-I use chicken breast instead
