Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in 1inch pcs
  • 1 med Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 med Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 c. Water
  • 14 1/2 ounce Can diced tomatoes w/ garlic and basil, undrained
  • 8 ounce Can tomato sauce
  • 9 ounce Pkg refrigerated cheese- filled ravioli

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in chicken, onion, and bell pepper; cook and stir till chicken is browned.
  2. Stir in water, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add in ravioli, covering it with tomato mix. If necessary, carefully separate ravioli.
  3. Cook 12 to 15 min or possibly till sauce is of desired consistency and chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
