Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in 1inch pcs
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 1/2 med Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 c. Water
- 14 1/2 ounce Can diced tomatoes w/ garlic and basil, undrained
- 8 ounce Can tomato sauce
- 9 ounce Pkg refrigerated cheese- filled ravioli
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in chicken, onion, and bell pepper; cook and stir till chicken is browned.
- 2. Stir in water, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add in ravioli, covering it with tomato mix. If necessary, carefully separate ravioli.
- Cook 12 to 15 min or possibly till sauce is of desired consistency and chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
