Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 - 3 lbs. fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. Lipton onion soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown. In saucepan combine soup mix and lowfat sour cream; stir in lowfat milk and beat with rotary beater. Heat, but Don't BOIL! Place chicken in casserole, pour in sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
