Ingredientes

  • 6 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 lrg Large eggs beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. Romano cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced flat leaf (Italian) parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Cheese Sauce (recipe follows)
  • 6 slc mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Coat chicken in flour.
  2. Mix Large eggs, water, Romano cheese, parsley, and salt together. Dip chicken in egg mix; then, into bread crumbs. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Cook chicken breasts over medium heat till brown, about 15 min. Transfer chicken to 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 425*F (220*C).
  3. Make cheese sauce and spoon over chicken. Top each piece with a slice mozzarella cheese. Bake till cheese melts and chicken is tender, about 8 min.
