Receta Chicken Breasts Alfredo

Ingredientes
- 6 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 lrg Large eggs beaten
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese
- 1/4 c. minced flat leaf (Italian) parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Cheese Sauce (recipe follows)
- 6 slc mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Coat chicken in flour.
- Mix Large eggs, water, Romano cheese, parsley, and salt together. Dip chicken in egg mix; then, into bread crumbs. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Cook chicken breasts over medium heat till brown, about 15 min. Transfer chicken to 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 425*F (220*C).
- Make cheese sauce and spoon over chicken. Top each piece with a slice mozzarella cheese. Bake till cheese melts and chicken is tender, about 8 min.
