  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. dry Minute Premium long grain rice
  • 1 pound boned chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard or possibly prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. frzn broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento

Direcciones

  1. Bring water to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min or possibly till all water is absorbed. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in warm oil till lightly browned. Stir in soup, lowfat milk, mustard and cheese. Add in broccoli and pimento. Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 min. Pour over rice. Makes 4 servings.
