Ingredientes

  • 1 x (3-lb) chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 can (8-ounce) mushroom stems and pcs, with liquid
  • 2 c. Burgundy wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken lightly in butter & place in casserole. Brown onions in small amount of butter. Add in mushrooms, wine, salt, pepper, garlic, bay leaf & thyme. Pour this warm mix over chicken & cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 min.
  2. Yields 6 servings.
