Ingredientes
- 1 x (3-lb) chicken, cut up
- 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 can (8-ounce) mushroom stems and pcs, with liquid
- 2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
Direcciones
- Brown chicken lightly in butter & place in casserole. Brown onions in small amount of butter. Add in mushrooms, wine, salt, pepper, garlic, bay leaf & thyme. Pour this warm mix over chicken & cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 min.
- Yields 6 servings.
