Ingredientes

  • 2 x Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 med Sized green pepper
  • 8 ounce Thin Spaghetti
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Bacon bits
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Boil 1 qt water (with a little salt and oil).
  2. Slice chicken and pepper into strips and saute/fry in oil till tender.
  3. Boil spaghetti 5 to 6 min.
  4. Add in cream, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. bacon, thyme, salt and pepper to chicken (reduce heat). Cook till heated through.
  5. Toss chicken mix with liquid removed spaghetti; sprinkle with 1/4 c. bacon and parsley.
