Ingredientes
- 4 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) jar whole mushrooms, liquid removed
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/3 c. minced pecans, toasted
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate2 hrs. Serve salad on lettuce and sprinkle with pecans. Serves 8 to 10.
