Receta Chicken Cheesy Casserole
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz) pkg mixed vegetables (thawed and drained)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup instant rice
- 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1 TBSP crushed potato chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Lightly grease 9 x13 inch baking dish. Add milk and soup; Blend well with a wire wisk. Stir in vegetables, chicken, rice, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 2 TBSP parmesan, garlic powder and seasoned pepper ; Cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes.Combine remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 2 TBSP parmesan cheese and potato chips. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
- Be creative and try different creamed soups, mixed vegetables or cooked meats like turkey or ham.
