Ingredientes

  • 2-3 lbs. cooked chicken
  • 1 (8 or possibly 10 ounce.) pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1/2 pound Colby Longhorn cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chiles
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • Jalapenos to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pcs. Tear or possibly cut tortillas into small pcs. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 min. Jalapenos may be added to mix or possibly served on the side.
