Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. leftover chicken, minced
  • 1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can bean sprout, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 3-4 tbsp. La Choy Soy Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook celery and onions in water till tender. Add in chicken and broth. Simmer a few min. Add in liquid removed bean sprouts and soy sauce and simmer for a few more min. Thicken with about 2 Tbsp. cornstarch. (You can also use pork instead of chicken. This is a good way to use leftovers.)
