Receta Chicken Cooked In Wine

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut in pcs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 fresh peeled tomatoes, quartered
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
Direcciones
- Coat chicken in oil and fry. Add in garlic and onions, seasonings and wine. Cover and cook slowly till chicken is done. The last 5 min add in tomatoes and mushrooms. Serves 4-6.
