Ingredientes

  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1 x clove garlic crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 250 gm chopped chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. Thai flavour base
  • 1 c. cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced coriander
  • 1 tsp minced chilli
  • 4 sht frzn puff pastry thawed oil for shallow-frying

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add in chicken. Brown well. Stir in flavour base. Cook for 1 minute. Blend in rice, coriander and chilli. Allow to cold.
  2. Cut each pastry into 4 squares. Place heaped spoonfuls of mix onto pastry. Fold over to create a triangle. Seal edges to create a rolled edge. Fry in warm oil till golden brown and puffed. Drain well. Serve with sweet chilli sauce
