Chicken Cutlets With Cranberry Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb chicken cutlets Flour for cutlets
  • 2/3 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 x chicken flavor cube or possibly envelope
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Flour and saute/fry cutlets in oil. Remove chicken to warming plate.
  2. When all are cooked, stir together cranberry sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch, bullion, salt, and water (use same skillet). Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce boils and thickens slightly. Boil for 1 minute. Spoon mix over cutlets.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
