Receta Chicken Empanada
Ingredientes
- 2 cups cooked, flaked chicken meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups diced potatoes, cooked
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. powdered pepper
- salt to taste

- 1 tsp. fine salt
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine (chilled)
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
