Ingredientes

  • 1 sm onion, minced
  • 1 clv garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x 14 ounce. can beef broth
  • 1 x 14 ounce. can chicken broth
  • 1 x 10-3/4 ounce. can Cream Of Chicken soup
  • 1 x 4 ounce. can minced green chiles
  • 2 c. chicken breast, cooked, and shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6 x flour tortillas
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add in the next 10 ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cover, and simmer for 1 hr.
  3. Cut tortillas into 1/2" strips.
  4. Add in with the cheese to the soup.
  5. Simmer uncovered for 10 mins.
  6. Serve.
