Ingredientes

  • 3 or possibly 4 chicken breast, halved, boned, skinned
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 6 to 8 thin cooked ham slices
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Serve with brown or possibly white rice.
