Ingredientes
- 3 or possibly 4 chicken breast, halved, boned, skinned
- Salt to taste
- Paprika
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 6 to 8 thin cooked ham slices
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Serve with brown or possibly white rice.
