,%20I%20learned%20how%20to%20make%20a%20great%20tasting%20Fajita.%20%20%20%20His%20secret%20was%20Montreal%20Steak%20Seasoning%20on%20the%20Chicken.%20%20%20And%20while%20I%20didn't%20put%20the%20chicken%20on%20the%20grill%20to%20cook%20it,%20I%20did%20get%20some%20awesome%20flavour%20on%20it%20anyway%20because%20of%20the%20seasoning.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst%20off%20I%20prepped%20the%20Chicken%20Breasts%20the%20way%20Ina%20Garten%20says%20to%20do%20it.%20%20%20And%20believe%20you%20me,%20you%20get%20a%20lovely%20moist%20chicken%20breast%20this%20way.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20oil%20the%20chicken%20breasts%20a%20little.%20%20I%20actually%20used%20a%20paper%20towel%20as%20a%20swab%20and%20swabbed%20them%20with%20some%20oil,%20and%20believe%20it%20or%20not,%20used%20just%20over%201/4%20cup%20of%20oil%20for%20all%20these%20breasts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20then%20sprinkled%20the%20Montreal%20Steak%20Seasoning%20over%20them%20and%20baked%20them%20in%20a%20375%20degree%20oven%20until%20the%20thermometer%20reached%20165%20degrees,%20some%20of%20them%20were%20actually%20175%20degrees,%20but%20they%20were%20still%20moist%20and%20tender.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20then%20cut%20them%20up%20and%20placed%20them%20into%20a%20warming%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHowever,%20while%20they%20were%20cooking,%20we%20prepped%20the%20onions%20and%20some%20more%20peppers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDo%20you%20have%20any%20idea%20how%20many%20tears%20you%20can%20cry%20when%20you're%20slicing%20a%20lot%20of%20onions?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20also%20had%20a%20few%20red%20and%20yellow%20peppers%20we%20cut%20up%20as%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENeeded%20to%20have%20some%20color%20in%20there.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20I%20said%20before%20we%20also%20had%20a%20vegetarian%20option%20available.%20%20%20We%20made%20up%20the%20pepper/onion%20mixture%20and%20added%20some%20sauteed%20mushrooms,%20zucchini%20and%20broccoli%20from%20Farmshare.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20in%20all%20a%20good,%20healthy%20meal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20we%20had%20a%20lot%20of%20dessert%20and%20I%20forgot%20to%20take%20a%20picture%20of%20them.%20%20%20There%20was%20a%20luscious%20chocolate%20pudding%20bundt%20cake,%20as%20well%20as%20a%20yummy%20lemon%20cake.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20want%20to%20also%20give%20a%20shout%20out%20to%20Lisa,%20Geri%20and%20Jon%20who%20helped%20me%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20week%20the%20menu%20is:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20of%20course%20desserts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGotta%20go%20finish%20resting%20up%20now.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
