Receta Chicken in a Salad with Grilled Peppers
This is a wonderful light lunch or dinner.

Ingredientes
- 1 bunch of your favorite salad greens
- 1 red onion â sliced
- 2 bell peppers â sliced
- ½ lb. of bacon â sliced (reserve a few tablespoons of the bacon fat for drizzling)
- Grated cheddar or your favorite cheese
- Dashes of salt
- Dashes of pepper
- Olive oil â for drizzling
Direcciones
- Heat a griddle and place the sliced peppers and onions on the heated griddle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the bacon in a heated pan and cook until crispy.
- Slice the chicken.
- Place the salad greens on a plate and top with the grilled peppers and onions. Top with the sliced chicken and bacon. Drizzle a little of the bacon fat over the salad, and top with the crispy bacon and grated cheese.
