Receta Zucchini Squash Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 or possibly 4 sm to med. squash
- 1 sm. onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 8 ounce pkg. shredded cheddar cheese Or possibly Mozzarella
- 2 sm. can tomato sauce
- 3 or possibly 4 slices wheat bread
Direcciones
- Dice squash (peel only if large), put in casserole. Add in: Salt and pepper, minced onion and dabs of butter, mix together. Add in: Cheese and tomato sauce over top. Butter on both sides, the slices of bread and cover top. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. (Can serve over fetuccini).
