Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Skinned chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 x Cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Pepper to tasteIf using whole chicken, cut chicken in half. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients. Soak chicken for 10 min. Bake in greased pan @ 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till tender.
  2. Serves 4.
