Ingredientes
- 3 lb Skinned chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 x Cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Dry white wine
Direcciones
- Pepper to tasteIf using whole chicken, cut chicken in half. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients. Soak chicken for 10 min. Bake in greased pan @ 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till tender.
