Receta Chicken Jalfrezi

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 med Onion, roughly minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 4 x Chicken breasts, skinless, minced into chunks
- 1 x 440 g jar Jalfrezi curry sauce
- 4 med Tomatoes, skinned and roughly minced
- 2 Tbsp. Coriander, freshly minced
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
- Place the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat and add in the onion and garlic.
- Season the chicken pcs with salt and freshly grnd black pepper and add in them to the frying pan. Brown the chicken pcs and then pour the contents of the frying pan into an ovenproof dish.
- Pour over the Jalfrezi sauce and mix the sauce through the chicken and onion. Cover the dish and place in the preheated oven for 45 min.
- Ten min before the end of the cooking time add in the tomatoes.
- Add in the coriander just before serving the dish.
- Notes Serve the chicken Jalfrezi with basmati rice and naan bread, raita or possibly fruit chutney.
- NOTES : A warm and spicy Indian dish.
