Ingredientes

  • 300 gm Chicken mince Oil Chapati dough made with 200 g flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • 50 gm Coriander leaves
  • 6 x Green chillies
  • 3/4 tsp Salt, (4 g)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper pwdr, (2 g)
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur pwdr, (2 g)

Direcciones

  1. MARINATE the chicken mince with the grnd masala paste for 30 min. Divide the mix into eight portions and roll into flat round kababs. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs briefly for two min on each side and cold.
  2. Roll out the dough into an oblong shape. Cut into square pcs. Put a kabab over each square, roll the edges, sealing them using egg. Deep fry in warm oil and serve.
  3. For a variation, substitute the chicken mince with crumbled paneer or possibly grated cheese.
  4. NOTES : Makes 8 kababs
