Ingredientes

  • 1 ct lowfat sour cream - (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 4 x garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry crushed red pepper
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts cut 1" cubes
  • 1 lrg red bell pepper cut bite size
  • 1 lrg yellow bell pepper cut bite size

Direcciones

  1. Stir together first 8 ingredients; remove 1/2 c. mustard mix. Cover and refrigerateremaining mustard mix 4 hrs.
  2. Stir together 1/2 c. mustard mix and cubed chicken in a bowl; cover and refrigerate4 hrs.
  3. Remove chicken, discarding marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 12 min or possibly till done.
  4. Serve with remaining mustard mix.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
