Ingredientes
- 1 ct lowfat sour cream - (8 ounce)
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 4 x garlic cloves pressed
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts cut 1" cubes
- 1 lrg red bell pepper cut bite size
- 1 lrg yellow bell pepper cut bite size

- Stir together first 8 ingredients; remove 1/2 c. mustard mix. Cover and refrigerateremaining mustard mix 4 hrs.
- Stir together 1/2 c. mustard mix and cubed chicken in a bowl; cover and refrigerate4 hrs.
- Remove chicken, discarding marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 12 min or possibly till done.
- Serve with remaining mustard mix.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
