Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2-3 pound chicken (fryer) brown & set aside
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/2 ounce. unsweetened (bitter) chocolate
  • 1 sm. green pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry minced onion, garlic and green pepper till clear, about 3-5 min on low. Add in tomato sauce, chili pwdr, salt and bitter chocolate. Stir to heat chocolate. Add in water to keep from burning, sauce should be thick, not runny. Place chicken pcs in sauce and cover. Simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally and adding liquid if necessary. Serve over noodles.
