Chicken Mornay

A delicious baked chicken dish with a tasty sauce.

Ingredientes

  • 6-8 skinless chicken breasts
  • 6-8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 large can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 small can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 bag Peppridge Farm dressing (your choice of variety)
  • Olive Oil as needed
  • 1/2 stick butter

Direcciones

  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees
  2. Lightly brown chicken breasts in olive oil on both sides
  3. Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish, place chicken in dish
  4. Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast
  5. Mix soups, milk and wine thoroughly and pour over chicken and cheese
  6. Spread dressing over soup misture generously
  7. Dot dressing with butter
