Receta Chicken Mornay
A delicious baked chicken dish with a tasty sauce.
Ingredientes
- 6-8 skinless chicken breasts
- 6-8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 large can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 small can Cream of Celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 bag Peppridge Farm dressing (your choice of variety)
- Olive Oil as needed
- 1/2 stick butter
Direcciones
- Preheat over to 325 degrees
- Lightly brown chicken breasts in olive oil on both sides
- Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish, place chicken in dish
- Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast
- Mix soups, milk and wine thoroughly and pour over chicken and cheese
- Spread dressing over soup misture generously
- Dot dressing with butter
