Chicken, Mushroom, And Tomato Saute

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 kg chicken (breasts, legs, thighs)
  • 1 c. onions, medium
  • 2 c. mushrooms
  • 60 gm butter
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 gm tomatoes
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 c. gravy mix
  • 1 tsp fresh herbs, minced salt, pepper

Direcciones

  1. Dice onions, tomatoes. Slice mushrooms.
  2. If using a whole chicken cut into pcs (legs, breasts, thighs, wings) and season well.
  3. Heat butter and oil in pan, add in chicken, and cook till chicken is browned, turning often. Transfer to ovenproof dish.
  4. Add in minced onion and mushrooms to pan and cook a furthur 3 min till softenned. Add in tomatoes, wine, gravy, tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients to combine and bring to simmer 1 minute. Pour over the chicken.
  5. Cover, bake in moderate oven 370F/185C for 40 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  6. Finish with minced herbs.
