Receta Chicken, Mushroom, And Tomato Saute

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 kg chicken (breasts, legs, thighs)
- 1 c. onions, medium
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 60 gm butter
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 gm tomatoes
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 c. gravy mix
- 1 tsp fresh herbs, minced salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Dice onions, tomatoes. Slice mushrooms.
- If using a whole chicken cut into pcs (legs, breasts, thighs, wings) and season well.
- Heat butter and oil in pan, add in chicken, and cook till chicken is browned, turning often. Transfer to ovenproof dish.
- Add in minced onion and mushrooms to pan and cook a furthur 3 min till softenned. Add in tomatoes, wine, gravy, tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients to combine and bring to simmer 1 minute. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover, bake in moderate oven 370F/185C for 40 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Finish with minced herbs.
