Chicken 'N Biscuit Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 1 can 10 biscuits
  • 2 c. diced chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (10 ounce.) frzn English peas
  • 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place biscuits in buttered dish. Cover with chicken. Combine soups, flour, onion and lowfat milk. Cook till mix thickens. Remove from heat and add in 1 c. cheese. Blend till melted. Stir in peas and seasonings. Pour over chicken and biscuit layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. of cheese on top. Bake 5 more min. Serves 6.
