Receta Chicken 'N Biscuit Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 can 10 biscuits
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (10 ounce.) frzn English peas
- 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place biscuits in buttered dish. Cover with chicken. Combine soups, flour, onion and lowfat milk. Cook till mix thickens. Remove from heat and add in 1 c. cheese. Blend till melted. Stir in peas and seasonings. Pour over chicken and biscuit layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. of cheese on top. Bake 5 more min. Serves 6.
