Ingredientes

  • 1 x Frying Chicken, cut up Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 med Onion, chop
  • 1/2 x Green Pepper, chop
  • 50 ml Garlic, mince
  • 1/2 c. Tomato Sauce Or possibly Puree
  • 2 Tbsp. Paprika (Hungarian Preferred)
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill
  • 1 c. Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant Flour (Wondra, Etc.)
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Salt and pepper chicken and saute/fry in butter. Add in veggies and saute/fry till translucent/soft. Add in paprika, tomato sauce, stock and dill. Cook till chicken is tender. Mix flour and lowfat sour cream. Mix with 1 ladle of sauce and mix.
  2. Return to pot, stir and heat.
  3. Serve over noodles.
