Receta Chicken Paprika

Ingredientes
- 1 x Frying Chicken, cut up Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 med Onion, chop
- 1/2 x Green Pepper, chop
- 50 ml Garlic, mince
- 1/2 c. Tomato Sauce Or possibly Puree
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika (Hungarian Preferred)
- 1 Tbsp. Dill
- 1 c. Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Instant Flour (Wondra, Etc.)
- 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Salt and pepper chicken and saute/fry in butter. Add in veggies and saute/fry till translucent/soft. Add in paprika, tomato sauce, stock and dill. Cook till chicken is tender. Mix flour and lowfat sour cream. Mix with 1 ladle of sauce and mix.
- Return to pot, stir and heat.
- Serve over noodles.
