Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Chicken breast halves Without skin -- cut up
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/4 c. Onion -- chopped
  • 1 c. Mushrooms -- sliced
  • 1 can Tomato soup, condensed
  • 1/2 can Water -- if needed
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream, Imitation
  • 1 whl bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute/fry quickly till browned. Remove from pan.
  2. Saute/fry onions & mushrooms till lightly browned.
  3. Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add in chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  4. Remove bay leaf before serving.
