Receta Chicken Paprika, Light Version

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Chicken breast halves Without skin -- cut up
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. Onion -- chopped
- 1 c. Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1 can Tomato soup, condensed
- 1/2 can Water -- if needed
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream, Imitation
- 1 whl bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute/fry quickly till browned. Remove from pan.
- Saute/fry onions & mushrooms till lightly browned.
- Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add in chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
