Receta Chicken Pasta Primavera

Ingredientes
- 2 c. minced broccoli
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 carrot, cut in thin strips
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 med. tomatoes, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce. pkg. wheel noodles
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook noodles as directed on package. Cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrots in oil in 10 inch skillet or possibly wok over medium heat till broccoli is tender, about 10 min. Stir in cooked chicken, salt and tomatoes. Heat till chicken is warm, about 3 min. Mix chicken mix with pasta noodles. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy. 6 servings.
