Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Canned pineapple chunks (no sugr added), liquid removed (reserve 2 Tbsp.. juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. Prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus
  • 1 tsp Firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 10 ounce Skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 16 equal pcs
  • 4 ounce Cooked turkey ham, cut into 12 equal pcs
  • 1/2 c. Vidalia onion chunks or possibly frzn baby onions, thawed and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Soak eight 6" wooden skewers in water for 30 min.
  2. In large bowl, combine pineapple juice, mustard, brown sugar, oil and cloves. Add in hcicken, turkey-ham, onion and liquid removed pineapple; toss well to coat thoroughly. Chill, covered, 30 min.
  3. Preheat broiler. Line large baking sheet with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Alternately thread an equal amount of the chicken, turkey-ham, onion and pineapple onto each skewer; reserve any mustard mix remaining in bowl.
  5. Arrange skewers on prepared baking sheet; broil 6-8" from heat 8-10 min; turn. Baste with reserved mustard mix; broil 5-7 min longer, till chicken is cooked throuh.
