Ingredientes

  • 6 slices boiled ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, halved, pounded thin
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounce. sea shell macaroni, cooked 6 min, liquid removed
  • 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. frzn green beans, cooked, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Place 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice on each chicken breast half. Roll up jelly roll fashion, tucking cheese in. Fasten with wooden toothpick.
  2. In large skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Add in chicken; brown on all sides, about 10 min. Remove picks. Place in 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Stir soup, wine, cream and pepper into skillet. Spoon over chicken.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 min or possibly till tender. Remove chicken. Add in macaroni and beans; toss to coat well. Serve with chicken. Makes 6 servings.
