Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 x Chicken pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil Salt Pepper
  • 1 x Onion, sliced
  • 12 ounce Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano leaves Grated parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken in oil, drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add in onion, cover and cook 30 min. STir in chili sauce and oregano. Cook uncovered 10 min longer basting frequently. Skim excess fat from sauce.
  2. Serve sauce over chicken sprinkled with cheese.
